Not at all! Proper strength training at 15-18 years old is critical for long-term athletic success. Our coaches prioritize safe, progressive development so athletes gain power and confidence while avoiding unnecessary injury risks.

Nope! While many of our athletes compete in soccer, basketball, volleyball, hockey, baseball, track & field, and rugby, Lift to Compete is designed for any serious high school athlete looking to improve.
