Sam Nguyen

Physiotherapist

(he/him)

Physical health is one domain of our lives where we actually have some control—but maximizing it requires a clear and focused strategy. Sam’s mission is to help you stop simply “managing” lingering pain and start reclaiming the activities you care about.

Sam doesn’t just treat the “sore spot.” Using a full-body biomechanics approach (informed by the work of Conor Harris), he identifies the underlying compensations that keep injuries from fully recovering. While he utilizes manual therapy when necessary to clear a path, his primary focus is on individualized exercise selection. These specific movements are designed to provide the same corrective benefits as manual therapy, but without the long-term reliance on someone else to apply them.

Sam treats rehab as a partnership. He provides the technical tools and education, but you drive the change. This collaborative approach ensures that the progress you make in the clinic translates into long-term resilience in the real world.

As a former collegiate volleyball player and martial artist, Sam knows the frustration of being sidelined. Now a new father, he understands that time is limited. He prioritizes efficient, high-impact movement to help his clients achieve the best possible results without wasting a minute of their busy schedules.
