We are the only Vancouver Clinic offering personal, sport-specific coaching for strength and conditioning.

Lift is dedicated to helping out our community sports teams grow and excel in their sports, doing whatever we can to help athletes of all ages pursue their dreams. We’ve worked with National level Volleyball clubs, National Ultimate Frisbee teams, Soccer teams, and more! Read below to see what we can offer you and your team to reach new heights in your sport!

What is team training?

At Lift Clinic, we believe that it is time for athletes, coaches, and parents to re-imagine what is possible for youth athletes in terms of athletic movement and physical literacy. Our team training programs are led by some of Vancouver’s top strength and conditioning coaches who have mentored under head coaches of University Varsity Gyms such as UBC. We provide a variety of options to ensure that we are meeting your wants and needs for your team.

Team Training Custom Workshops

Try out our “Introduction to Strength and Conditioning” workshop for youth sports teams! This workshop is intended for athletes ranging anywhere from 10-18 years old and is 60 minutes long.

It is led by our Kinesiologists, Coach Jeanelle and Coach Shauna. They can be tailored to your needs and goals! Workshops are a one time event running from 7:45-8:45pm on a weekday. Dates are a first-come, first serve basis and subject to the availability of the clinic. We can host up to a total of 16 athletes for the workshop. 

 

Team Training Large Group

We love working consistently with teams to help them reach their goals for the season! Team training is a unique opportunity to have weekly training sessions with our Kinesiologists, a tailored program for your team and goals, and creating a fun environment for youth athletes to learn better physical literacy.

Team Training packages start at $259/athlete for 10 sessions for groups of 5-16 athletes. These programs run in the evenings at 7:45-8:45pm Mon-Fri. Dates and times are first-come, first-serve and subject to availability in our schedule.

Youth strength and conditioning deadlift

We love working consistently with teams to help them reach their goals for the season! Team training is a unique opportunity to have weekly training sessions with our Kinesiologists, a tailored program for your team and goals, and creating a fun environment for youth athletes to learn better physical literacy.

Small group packages start at $400/athlete for 10 sessions for groups of 3-4 athletes. These programs typically run during regular operating hours. For those who are unable to form a group of 3, check out our strength and conditioning drop-ins!

Team Training Online Program

We offer a variety of programs for teams and athletes to try on their own. This is a more affordable option and can be done at home or in a community gym! 

All that’s needed from you is to download the app “TeamBuildr” and we provide you with the exercises, videos of exercises, and any important notes for you during your workout!
