Angela is a Registered Massage Therapist with a background in psychology and a degree from the University of British Columbia. With a long-standing interest in how the body and mind are connected, they were drawn to massage therapy as a hands-on way to support people in feeling better in their bodies—both physically and mentally. Her treatment style is calm, collaborative, and tailored to each individual, whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing stress, or just trying to move and feel better day-to-day. With a foundation in both science and empathy, Angela works to create a supportive space where clients feel heard, comfortable, and cared for.
