Do I need a doctor’s referral?
No, you do not need a referral to book and see our therapists. However, double check with your private health care insurance provider to see if they need a referral for reimbursement.

What can I expect at my first appointment?
We recommend booking a 60 minute first visit if it is your first time seeing a clinician! The clinician you book with will start with going through your history, what’s bothering you, what you want to work on, and more. Then they will conduct movement assessments to better establish treatment goals. Then for the last bit of the session, they will perform manual therapy, show you some home exercises, and/or give you more self-management strategies.
Any follow up appointments are typically only 30 minutes long.
What does it mean that you are a “No Shoe” Clinic?
Our clients and therapists use the floor to show and do exercises. We want to make sure the floor is as clean as possible so we ask you to kindly leave your outdoor shoes at the front in provided shoe shelves.
–
