Yes! Active Rehab works well with physiotherapy, chiropractic, and massage therapy. Our team can collaborate with your other healthcare providers to ensure a seamless, effective recovery plan. Sessions can be back-to-back or on different days
Each session is tailored to your injury and recovery goals. Your kinesiologist will assess your movement, guide you through targeted exercises, and provide strategies for pain management and mobility improvement. If appropriate, you’ll also receive an online exercise program to continue your rehab at home.
Sessions last 45 minutes, and most programs range from 12 to 24 sessions, depending on your injury and progress. Your kinesiologist will recommend a schedule that supports your recovery while fitting into your lifestyle.
