Unlike general fitness classes, Lift to Learn is designed for young athletes (ages 8-12). Our university-educated coaches specialize in movement quality, injury prevention, and sport-specific skills—all in a fun, engaging environment.

No! At this age, strength training means learning movement patterns, using bodyweight exercises, and gradually adding resistance in a safe, structured way. No heavy lifting—just expert coaching to help kids move and feel better.
Nope! Many of our athletes play soccer, basketball, gymnastics, or other sports, but any active child looking to improve movement, strength, and confidence is welcome.
