Nope! While many of our athletes play soccer, basketball, volleyball, hockey, and more, we welcome any young athlete looking to improve strength, speed, and confidence.

We offer small-group training options for a lower cost per session. Don’t have a group? After a Complimentary Training Consult, we may be able to match your athlete with an existing group.
